Let's Get Started
Each player places a bet in the box marked ‘ante’. The croupier will then deal five cards to all players and himself.
Each player then looks at their hands and has to make one of the following choices :
To continue with their hand, if they believe that they are in a winning position. Each player must then place their cards face down in the raise box and double the ante bet.
Or To fold the hand. The player then loses the ante bet and is out of the game.
Once all the players have made their decisions, the croupier will then reveal his cards. The croupier must have a minimum hand of ace, king or higher to continue play.
If the dealer does not have a minimum hand – the ante bet only is paid at even money. The cards are collected and shuffled for the next hand.
If the dealer has a minimum hand or more, all cards are revealed and compared. If the player’s hand beats the croupier’s, then the hand is paid according to the odds below.
